INCAPTECH is exclusively mandated to support managers of a former General Electric subsidiary specialized in the development of specialty materials, particularly advanced plastics.

INCAPTECH team accompanied key manager and closed a particularly attractive transaction for all parties: managers gain a "MBO-like" position, the industrial investor added strong synergies while gaining expertises and an internationally recognized products portfolio, and finally the transferor closed the deal with good conditions.

SEMICONDUCTORS: DIVESTMENT to the world leader
 

 

INCAPTECH is mandated exclusively by North Americans shareholders to resolve the thorny problem of one subsidiary of a large American Semiconductors group, then in financial losses and in a strategic impasse. Under the leadership of the INCAPTECH team, recovery and an acquisition deal is closed in just over 6 months time by the world leader INTEL Corporation. The operation is hailed by the press, industrial and political actors.

 

 

AERONAUTIQUE : CESSION-RESTRUCTURING
 

In receivership, a major player in the European aerostructures supply chain mandate INCAPTECH to accompany the firm's shareholders and management to study strategic and financial possible options. The aerostructures business is transferred to a European leader in the specialty.

ELECTRONIQUE:      COMPANIES ACQUISITIONS

 

Shareholders and the Chariman of an Anglo Saxon group appoint INCAPTECH to diversify their historical activities from the building sector. INCAPTECH identified, analyzed and contacted the most attractive European targets in the areas of passive components, antennas and microwaves products. To support the need for technological and industrial change and the imperatives of transformation of industrial facilities, INCAPTECH is mandated by the general management to accompany the changes among theirs European manufacturing plants and perform a re-industrialization project of one industrial site.

Within only a few months, INCAPTECH performs the diagnosis of human and expertises potential on the site, led the analysis of suitable targets and contacts for the best match.

Sollicited by an industrial group of the household appliance industry, INCAPTECH analyses and identifies different solutions coming from several countries to re-industrialize this industrial site in order to prevent abandonment of the site with the risk of being orphaned. The final solution, selected after only a few months retrieves all employees.

Requested by the general management of a European leader of the microwaves and electronics industry, INCAPTECH significantly accelerated products innovation by providing its network of experts in R&D combined with the knowledge of end customers that helped win major contracts in the field of telecommunications and aviation in particular.

Difficulties caused by the loss of a significant customer contract with a cumulative shortfall of innovation and business dynamics have driven a rapid deterioration in financial and operational metrics of s subsidiary of a family group of nearly 10 000 employees, with losses over several consecutive quarters.
